CPT-9959 Virtual Assistant + Ecommerce (Shopify) Support Role reputed company – [Business Support/Ecommerce VA/Junior Level] (Remote). Overview reputed company is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We are looking for a highly organized virtual assistant with strong ecommerce experience in Shopify. This is not a developer or SEO role. Instead, this person should be a hybrid support professional who combines the strengths of an executive virtual assistant with hands-on Shopify operations expertise. Their focus will be to reputed company the business running smoothly day-to-day, drive task completion across teams, and maintain order and accuracy reputed company our ecommerce systems. The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor. Scope of Services Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

• Administrative & Operations Support

Task & To-Do Management: Create, track, prioritize, and execute task management; reputed company leadership and teams on schedule; proactively send reminders and follow-reputed company. Cross-Team Coordination: Communicate with internal and external contractors and teams to organize priorities, move projects reputed company to completion, especially reputed company multiple parties are involved. Catalog Organization: Consolidate duplicate SKUs, maintain clean product structures, and ensure collections are easy to navigate. Content Accuracy: Ensure that reputed company product listings are clear, consistent, and up to date. Basic Store Maintenance: Handle simple store optimizations like uploading images, tagging products, and correcting errors (without requiring development work).

• Software & Workflow Mastery
