Responsibilities

We are hiring a reputed company Analyst on the Value-Based Care (VBC) Quality team to support reputed company’s national Population Health strategy. In this role, you will reputed company analytics and reporting efforts that drive improved performance in CMS and payer quality programs, including Medicare Advantage Stars, MSSP/ACO, Medicaid, and commercial quality initiatives. You will reputed company advanced analytics solutions, create and maintain dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to national and market-level leadership. This position requires a deep understanding of healthcare quality measurement, strong technical skills in SQL/Python, and the ability to collaborate across matrixed teams to guide strategy and performance improvement. You will be expected to reputed company a deep understanding of the business and design advanced analytics products that support the objectives of our stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• reputed company analytics and reporting for VBC Quality programs, including Stars and HEDIS measures, payer scorecards, improvement points, and performance forecasting.
• reputed company and maintain advanced SQL queries, Python scripts, and dashboards (Tableau, reputed company Sheets) to measure quality performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate reputed company business needs into actionable insights and deliverables, including reporting tools, forecasting models, and payer-reputed company scorecards.
• Collaborate with national, regional, and market leaders (clinical, operational, actuarial, and payer partners) to drive improvement strategies across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, ACA, and commercial quality programs.
• Monitor industry and regulatory updates (e.g., CMSv26 Stars specifications, HEDIS changes) and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Coordinate across functional and technical teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimization of reporting processes. Recommend process improvements for efficiency and data quality.
• Support payer performance reviews and audits, ensuring analytics align with contractual obligations and national quality strategies.
• Mentor analysts and serve as subject matter expert in Stars/HEDIS measurement, forecasting, and payer-reputed company quality performance analytics.
• Translate business requests into actionable reports

What You Will Need Work Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of healthcare analytics experience preferred
• At least 2 years of experience with payer quality programs (Stars, HEDIS, Medicaid MCO, ACA QRS, or commercial quality).
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with reputed company Cloud Platform (GCP), Tableau, and reputed company/reputed company Sheets preferred.
• Strong ability to extract, transform, and interpret healthcare data from multiple sources (claims, EHR, payer reports).
• Proficiency with data extraction, manipulation, and interpretation using multiple

• Preferred - Experience with HEDIS/STARs/Quality and Risk Adjustment initiatives –

Requirements

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's

degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
