Job Summary

As an reputed company Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of ABA therapy plans for children with autism. You will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other members of the treatment team to provide individualized support and guidance to our clients and their families. Key Responsibilities

* Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings, utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training to promote reputed company acquisition and behavior reduction.

• Follow prescribed behavioral reputed company acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in client individualized treatment plans built by BCBAs/BCs.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior to inform treatment planning and reputed company monitoring.

• Ensure documentation is completed on time and following established procedures.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., psychology, education, special education) preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (in some cases) required.
