What You'll Do
As a Data Entry Support Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks that will help you reputed company your skills and expertise in digital database management and administrative support. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Inputting data and making changes to data in digital databases
- Creating spreadsheets to track important client information
- Transferring data from hard copy to a digital database
- Updating client information in a database
- Organizing existing data in a spreadsheet
- Verifying outdated data and making any necessary changes to records
- Searching for and investigating information contained in files
- Performing regular database backups to secure data
- Inputting text-based and numerical information from reputed company documents
- Providing occasional administrative support
- Sorting and organizing hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors
- Assisting with special projects that require large amounts of data entry
- Providing data entry support across departments on an reputed company basis
- Typing in data quickly and reputed company
- Collaborating with a mentor or team to complete data entry tasks
- Learning and applying data entry best practices, including troubleshooting techniques
- Gaining hands-on experience with databases and spreadsheets
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to achieving project goals
Preferred Qualities

Details
* Pay: $15/hour
- Schedule: 40-hour week: typically 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday
