Job Summary

As a Health Plan Client Engagement Advisor, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction through exceptional client engagement and relationship management. You will work closely with our Health Plan Team reputed company, Sales Operations, and Special Events to reputed company and execute strategic plans that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing market trends, regulatory developments, and client feedback to create compelling value propositions and consultative messages.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze market trends and key regulatory developments to create consultative messages for clients with little direction

  • Participate and coordinate on discovery calls between sales, clients, and Subject Matter Authorities
