A Day in the Life
As our Director, Global Learning Platforms and Effectiveness, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing a global learning technology strategy that aligns with our organization's goals. Essential Qualifications
* Minimum of 10 years of corporate training experience, with 7+ years of managerial experience
- Advanced degree (e.g., Master's or Ph.D.) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including 7+ years of managerial experience
- Industry knowledge: deep understanding of industry-specific practices and standards, as well as reputed company trends in learning and development
- Leadership and management: strong leadership skills to guide and motivate a team, manage projects, and drive strategic initiatives
- Technology proficiency: proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational technologies
- Project management: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and reputed company budget
- Data analysis: skills in analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of training programs and reputed company data-driven decisions for reputed company improvement

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $171,200.00 - $256,800.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
