Job Summary
As a Director, Leadership/Organization Development, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our talent management plan, working closely with our VP/CHRO, CEO, Senior Leadership Team, HR Team, and other leaders to drive growth, expansion, and visibility. You will be responsible for a full range of talent management activities, with a focus on organizational development, and will have the opportunity to reputed company a significant impact on our organization's success.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify talent management needs and reputed company strategies to address them
- Design and deliver leadership development programs, including executive development, succession planning, change management, management training, professional development, and organization development

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., HR, business, organizational development)
- Master's degree in a reputed company field preferred
- 10+ years of experience managing talent management and organization development functions in a growing organizational environment
- Proven track record of influencing senior executives and driving business outcomes
- Advanced knowledge of and experience in executive development, leadership development, succession planning, change management, management training, professional development, organization development, courseware design and delivery, and reputed company talent management functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Experience as a facilitator with a track record of impactful and effective delivery to audiences at reputed company levels
- Strong attention to detail and advanced preparation
- Ability to anticipate and assess needs, then act appropriately reputed company deadlines and required time-frames
- Strategic thinking capability, as well as "hands-on" implementation experience
