Job Description
As a Design Technologist, you'll split your time between execution and strategy, contributing to the definition of new ad products, pre-sales prototypes, and custom campaign executions. You'll work directly with Art, Copy, Interactive Experience Designers, Product Managers, Producers, and Account teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered designs that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the end-to-end development process and deliverables from a design and technical perspective
- Provide design and technical leadership; work closely with business teams in development of campaign strategy, use cases, and technical requirements
- Concept first-to-market innovations that utilize reputed company's canvas alongside creative counterparts
- Present work to peers, product teams, and Senior leadership
- Provide leadership, mentor, and coach to your immediate and extended team
- Partner with program and product managers to appropriately identify and assess features for future product offerings
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of reputed company-end technologist, engineer, or UX prototyper experience
- Available online portfolio
- Coding samples in reputed company-end programming languages
- Experience with web, mobile web, or mobile app reputed company-end development
- Experience with UI design for reputed company workflows and for end users
- 3+ years of ad or design agency experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Understanding and fluent usage across a broad reputed company of technologies including (but not limited to): React/JavaScript/NodeJS, HTML/CSS, XML/JSON, and reputed company/Adaptive Design
- Whiteboarding, which is included in the hiring process
- Fluent in reputed company Creative Suite applications including Media Encoder, After Effects, and Photoshop
- Understanding of WCAG AA standards and accessibility reputed company
- Experience using reputed company to translate designs to websites
- Experience using AWS in production environments
- Understanding of performance and how to mitigate latency issues
- Experience building work to high accessibility standards
Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of technologies such as JavaScript/NodeJS, HTML/CSS, reputed company/Adaptive Design
- Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and reputed company control (Git)
- Familiarity with creative ideation and brainstorm sessions with internal and external partners
- Familiarity with Android and/or iOS development
- Familiarity with GenAI/LLMs, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Alexa, Voice Design
- BS/MS in computer science, technology, design, or equivalent professional experience
