About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company and talented Designer, Concept and Trend: FUN 101 (Hardlines) to join our Owned Brand Product Design & Packaging (OBPDP) team. Responsibilities

About You

We're looking for a talented individual with a strong background in design, trend, and concept development. If you have the following qualifications and skills, we'd love to hear from you:

• 4-year college degree in Design (industrial, architecture, fashion, graphic design) or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years relevant Trend, Concept or Design experience, retail experience a plus.
• Familiarity with the trend industry and resources; ability to track and incorporate new resources across the trend industry, cultural events, social media, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize trend information into clear, compelling, and influential visual materials to inform innovation and product development direction for divisions, brands, assortments, seasonal storytelling.
• Excels in design thinking, a strong strategic, and interdisciplinary reputed company.
• Passionate about Design, Technology, Culture, and Brand building.

• Strong commercial design and color sensibility.
