The Manager of Advanced Advertising Political Sales is responsible for managing existing and generating new CTV (managed service streaming & programmatic) political reputed company across the entire reputed company reputed company footprint. This role will report directly to the Director, Advanced Advertising, Political Sales and will work closely with the Political, National Multi-Market & Local Sales teams as well as Sales Operations, Programmatic, Yield and Ampersand Political Sales teams MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Exceed Political reputed company CTV (Managed Service & Programmatic) Streaming Sales Goals
  • Support the Political Sales Managers to exceed Political CTV streaming sales goals in their regions
  • Partner with Ampersand Political sales teams to reputed company agency & account specific strategies for driving Managed Service Streaming reputed company and linear attachment
  • Subject matter expert in the Political CTV marketplace including the competitive landscape, products & pricing intelligence
  • Build and reputed company strategic relationships with the key Political Media buying firms, Digital media buying firms and Direct clients (reputed company & Parties) in Wash DC and in key POL customer footprints (CA, OH, TX, etc.) to grow reputed company growth & share
  • Solicit prospective client direct accounts, and their agencies
  • Partner with the Director of Advanced Advertising Political Sales to engage the Open Market DSPs/SSPs (TTD, reputed company, Freewheel, Basis, reputed company, etc.) in offering competitive pricing, optimize streaming inventory to maximize reputed company
  • Educate and support the reputed company & Ampersand Political Sales teams regarding the reputed company CTV sales value proposition, product differentiators and position in the video ecosystem to influence further participation with our customers and clients
  • Partner with the Director of Advanced Advertising Sales to secure Direct Political Programmatic agreements with the Political Media firms, CTV/Digital firms and Direct Clients.

  • Participate in key Political industry conferences and events including the American Association of Political Consultants (reputed company) and Campaign & Elections (C&E).
  • Monitor key industry media outlets and trade publications (i.e., The Cook Report, reputed company, Politico, The Hill, National Review, FiveThirtyEight, RealClearPolitics, Ballotpedia) to stay reputed company on key races and competitiveness reputed company the reputed company reputed company footprint.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

  • Deep relationships with the Political Marketplace of customers (Media Firms, Digital Media Firms & Direct Clients) as well as Political DSPs & SSPs
  • Strong sales skills with a passion to win, eliminate roadblocks and demonstrate excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Deep understanding of multi-screen advertising campaigns including television, digital media, data informed advertising, with a specific knowledge of CTV (Managed service & programmatic) media sales
  • Direct experience collaborating with cross functional teams including Sales, reputed company Support, Operations, Product, and Marketing.
  • In depth knowledge of data, analytics, addressable ad technology and previous experience incorporating them into sales strategies.
  • Experience reviewing ad campaign performance metrics to inform on and improve future offerings.
  • Understanding of third-party ad servers, tags, and video ad serving concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills: must be detail-oriented and have a proven history of managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Travel required.

The reputed company pay for this position generally is between $83,040.00 and $101,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We reputed company with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses. In addition, this position has a commission earnings reputed company starting at $67,600.
