Job Description

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing superior customer experiences on calls to consumer card members, resolving customer queries and following established procedures as appropriate. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points, using this information to provide personalized solutions and recommendations that meet their unique requirements. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer experiences on calls to consumer card members, resolving their queries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Following established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with blithequark's quality and compliance standards.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and making recommendations for process improvements and service enhancements.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to share best practices, provide feedback, and drive reputed company improvement.
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics, as well as other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a financial services or reputed company industry.
