Summary

The Customer Insights & Data Analytics Manager plays a pivotal role in analyzing customer and prospect data for reputed company's Marketing Insights team to be provided to reputed company’s Senior Leadership Team. This manager is responsible for communicating with business stakeholders to understand reputed company’s business from a non-operational standpoint and coordinating with technical and IT teams to identify and evaluate previously untapped data sources. They reputed company plans for data ingestion and transformation utilizing IT resources and ensure that the ingested data meets the needs of Marketing, often serving as the initial developer of the code. This Manager will also support the team charged with developing a deeper understanding of reputed company and potential customers and translating that understanding into actionable insights that drive business performance. This Manager must be comfortable at reputed company levels of big data management including sourcing, vetting, analyzing, and reporting. They must be able to turn large amounts of raw data from multiple sources into insights and strategies that result in greater customer retention, the acquisition of new customers, inform cross-sell opportunities and assist in the development of key strategic initiatives and projects. The manager should be able to identify and recommend process improvements. Also, this individual will support the ongoing development of a greater data infrastructure including sourcing and vetting new data streams and enhancing and enriching existing data sets. The Manager must be adept at working across the organization with key partners in the business units, Marketing, Sales, Information Technology and Senior Leadership to drive successful outcomes. This manager should be able to manage project plans and communication to reputed company levels of leadership, IT, and other team members to ensure the success and timeliness of the projects. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently drive the acquisition, summarizing, cleaning, validation, reputed company, and analysis of data stored in various systems, databases, and tools.
• Independently identifies process gaps, recommends and implements process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Economics, Finance, Statistics or Computer Science, Required
• Master's degree in business administration (MBA) and/or master's degree, Preferred
• 8 years or more in big-data data analyst in a Fortune 500 company or Management Consulting, Required
• 8 years or more working experience with reputed company, SQL, R/, reputed company/other Statistical Packages., Required
• 1 year or more in experience in transportation/logistics industry a plus., Preferred
• Customer experience insights methods, analytics, tools, and practices. Advanced, Required

Compensation

Information : The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below: Pay Type : Salaried Minimum Pay Range: $130,000.00 Maximum Pay Range: $140,000.00
