Data Architect/Data Analyst (REMOTE)

Koniag Professional Services is seeking an reputed company Data Architect / Data Analyst to support our client, the reputed company (DHHS), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) in developing a secure, scalable, and integrated Human Capital Management solution built on PeopleSoft or other identified technologies that consolidates core HR functions into a reputed company enterprise platform. The Human Resource Information Technology platform will encompass Time and Attendance, Position Description management, Performance Management, Employee/Manager/HR Self-Service, and Enterprise Business Intelligence capability. The solution will be compliant with federal cybersecurity, records management, and accessibility standards, to improve system performance, user satisfaction, and long-term sustainability of HR services. This role is critical for maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing HCM applications that support essential administrative and operational functions across the department. The ideal candidate combines strong technical development skills with an understanding of federal government systems and requirements. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: The ideal candidate will be able to support the following functions:

- Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of HRIT applications and APIs, ensuring seamless data integration across a consolidated and modernized HCM platform.

- Collaborate with the Data Governance Architect to establish a robust Data Stewardship reputed company.

Education and Experience:Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company discipline.

- At least 10 years of experience working as a Data Analyst, Data Modelling and/or Business Intelligence Domain.
