About the Role

• Provide exceptional customer service to existing supporters of our charitable partners

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 2 years' customer service and call centre experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for talking to people and building relationships
• Availability to work 1:00pm to 10:00pm Mon-Thu and 10:00am to 7:00pm Fri (EST), with occasional Saturday shifts (10:00am to 5:00pm)
• Technical savviness and self-reliance, with the ability to work independently in a home office setting
• A newer-version Windows PC or laptop computer (reputed company or Mac are not supported)
• A professional work-from-home office space, with a high-speed cabled internet reputed company (min of 25 mbps down/5 mbps up)
• A USB headset and webcam
