About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Client Service Representative to join reputed company. • Escalate and distribute customer issues to relevant departments as per guidelines
• Record, review, and follow up on requests and resolutions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A dedicated home workspace with reliable equipment (details will be provided during the interview process)
• Comfort working remotely in the Eastern Time Zone for an 8-hour shift with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time
• 1-2 years of experience in customer services, preferably in the B2C focused financial and banking services industry
• Knowledge of the United States credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans
• A customer-first orientation and the ability to empathize with customer needs
