About the Role

As a Digital Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our Digital Support reputed company, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers across social media and ecommerce platforms. This is a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with a mixture of day, night, and weekend shifts. You will have the chance to engage with customers, respond to social media comments and DMs, and contribute to the development of our brand marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues online through software tools like reputed company and reputed company
• Handle incoming tickets, website chats, and phone calls, responding to social media comments and DMs, and engaging with relevant social communities through proactive engagement efforts
• reputed company outbound calls on behalf of our clients to engage with customers requiring further sales assistance
• Follow internal processes and brand voice to respond to reputed company customer inquiries, messages, and concerns, and work with your fellow Digital Support reputed company Reps to provide solutions or determine if escalating to the client is necessary
• Report to the Customer Experience Manager, who will assist with questions, training, and client management

Essential Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service role (not necessarily online)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Comprehensive writing skills

• Ability to work days and nights (no overnights) during the week and weekends
