Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Afterhours Customer Care Representative and Account Manager to join reputed company! As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to internal and external customers, processing customer service requests, and working closely with our Service Coordinators to ensure seamless communication and timely service delivery.

Responsibilities

As an Afterhours Customer Care Representative and Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls to provide service and billing information to customers
• Processing customer service requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Updating customer portals to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Working closely with our Service Coordinators to notify customers of service dates and ensure timely service delivery
• Uploading documentation to customer portals as well as our accounting and work order system
• Performing data entry tasks to maintain accurate records

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in customer care or a reputed company field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of reputed company and reputed company Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and nights (Central Standard Time - CST)
