Process Assistant

DescriptionThe Process Assistant is assigned to the Area Manager, and will hold responsibilities specific to the different Fulfillment Center areas.Key Job Elements

• Support and work in the department as required
• Helping support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with internal and external suppliers
• Providing vacation coverage for Area Managers
• Providing policy follow-up, attendance tracking (duties do not reputed company to discipline)
• Tracking and reporting of ATS/labor hours
• Assisting the floor as an associate resource, training associates and verifying SOP compliance
• Ensuring successful area performance, through tracking, reporting and feedback of associate performance
• Participating in Operational Excellence initiatives in some reputed company
• Filling in as needed with production duties
• Fully understanding workflow and daily production goals
• Reviewing and updating SOP as required
• Assisting in keeping work area clean and organized
• Identifying and addressing safety hazards reputed company the work area
• Coaching associates to work safely at reputed company times
• Participating in safety initiatives
• Referring reputed company job injuries immediately to area manager

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of reputed company Office products and applications experience
• High school or equivalent
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reputed company
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Are 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

• Education beyond High School, and/or prior experience managing employees
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytical skills
• Demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal) with reputed company levels of reputed company associates and management
• Experience with an FC kaizen or Shingi event
• An awareness and willingness to use OE tools and techniques
• Experience working in Problem Solve a plus
• Leadership ability
• Respect from associates in production area

The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $46,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $57,200/year in our highest geographic market.
