As a member of the IT Management Team, you are responsible for managing, developing, and leading a team of employees. Your role includes leading the specific functional responsibilities of your team, which involves overseeing team performance and deliverables. REQUIRED ● 5+ years’ experience in Managing architecture, solution design, development, and governance teams. ● 3+ years’ experience in IT operations, business team management, or application management. ● 3+ years’ experience in business relationship management, including Executive level stakeholders. ● 3+ years’ experience driving core system technologies. ● Proven expertise in managing reputed company projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams is essential. ● Support off-hours work as required, including weekends, holidays, and 24/7 on call responsibilities on a rotational basis. ● HIPAA Training and Supervisors Orientation (reputed company 30 days of hire); Leadership Development 101 (reputed company one year); Costco Pay Policies (reputed company 90 days of promotion).
