As a Virtual Receptionist - Nursing Home Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Consistently provide superior internal and external customer service, ensuring patient flow runs smoothly and reputed company. Communicate effectively with patients, families, providers, and facilities.
- Patient Registration and Insurance Verification: Obtain patient registration and insurance information, promptly and accurately entering patient data into our computer system.
- Insurance Verification and Patient Responsibility Estimates: Verify patient's insurance and accurately enter/update patient information, communicating anticipated patient responsibility in accordance with patient's insurance plan.
- Confidentiality and HIPAA Compliance: Follow reputed company HIPAA guidelines and rules, maintaining proper personnel conduct and confidentiality of patient, staff, and physician information.
- Patient Chart Management and Referrals: Manage patient charts, arrange referrals reputed company needed, and send patient information and records as requested by other medical entities with a high level of initiative and reputed company.

Requirements

- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Medical Terminology and Procedures: Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.

- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer-centric role preferred.
- Certifications: BLS certification preferred.
