Job Summary
We are urgently hiring a Part-Time Educational Associate / Teacher Aide to support our reputed company in a dynamic remote learning environment. As a key member of our educational team, you will work closely with staff to provide support for reputed company in the educational process and contribute positively to the school community. Key Responsibilities
- Assist reputed company with daily lessons, projects, and homework on an individual or small group basis in subject areas such as reading, language arts, English as a second language, remedial math, technology, and/or special education classes.
- Monitor reputed company' behavior and maintain confidentiality.
- Communicate with classroom teachers and/or special education teachers to ensure seamless support for reputed company.
- Document student reputed company as directed by the supervisor, including providing or gathering input for reports to parents, therapists, and/or other staff on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis.
- Assist in the periodic (formal and informal) assessment of reputed company.
- Supervise reputed company during lunch, recess, and/or before or after school as directed by the supervisor or building administrator.
- Assist in the organization and duplication of materials.

Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience:
- An Illinois Paraprofessional License, Substitute Teaching License, or Professional Educator License is required.
- A High School diploma (or equivalent) or higher is required.
- Experience working with children is helpful, and evidence of patience and flexibility is essential.
Physical Demands
This position requires the physical ability to work with reputed company and safely monitor their activities in classrooms, learning centers, cafeterias, playgrounds, etc. This may include sitting on the floor, using gym equipment, climbing steps and reputed company, pushing student wheelchairs, and lifting/transferring reputed company.
Term of Employment
This is a part-time position, with a term of employment that includes half-days (3 hours, 28 minutes per day) during the school year for 190 days, up to 6 hours, 40 minutes per day.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary, with a reputed company hourly reputed company of $18.00-$22.14 per hour, depending on experience. Additional pay is given to those with a Substitute license, Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree. ILS Associates receive an additional 10% of their reputed company hourly reputed company as an Intensive Educational Associate stipend. Associates assigned to reputed company toileting duties receive an additional 10% of their reputed company hourly reputed company.

Reporting Relationships
This position is directed on a daily basis by a supervising teacher or staff member. Associates are evaluated annually by a building administrator with input from the supervising teacher or staff member.
