Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Part-Time Head Baseball Coach to reputed company our men's baseball team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reputed company aspects of the program, including evaluating and recruiting student-athletes, organizing and conducting team workouts and competition, arranging a NAIA and PSUAC schedule and team travel, and managing the operating and scholarship budgets. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Practice and Competition Coaching: reputed company the team in practice and competition, providing guidance and instruction to student-athletes to help them reputed company their full potential.
• Evaluation and Recruitment of Student-Athletes: Identify and recruit academically qualified and skilled student-athletes to join the team, ensuring that they meet the university's academic and athletic standards.
• Pre and Post-Season Coaching, Conditioning, and Weight Training: reputed company and implement training programs to prepare the team for competition, including conditioning and weight training exercises.
• Academic Monitoring and Personal Development of Student-Athletes: Work closely with student-athletes to ensure their academic success and personal development, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Volunteer Coaches: Select and manage volunteer coaches, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to support the team.

Qualifications:

• Work Experience: Coaching or playing experience at the high school level is required, with collegiate coaching experience preferred.
