Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company personal trainer to join reputed company in East reputed company, RI. As a personal trainer at Healthtrax, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, reputed company your skills and knowledge, and advance through multiple tier levels. Key Responsibilities

As a personal trainer at Healthtrax, your key responsibilities will include:

• Working with the Fitness Director to reputed company and implement a quarterly business plan that aligns with your goals and objectives
• Providing exceptional service to clients, including Safe Start and Healthy Start appointments
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment on the fitness floor, including equipment and surfaces
• Cross-training in multi-operational support, including new client prospecting, sales, and service desk
• Participating in Healthtrax University personal training workshops and online courses to enhance your credentials
• Meeting obtainable goals and earning a generous quarterly bonus
• Working a flexible schedule, including full-time benefits and PTO
• Advancing to Head Trainer and beyond in the company

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a personal trainer at Healthtrax, you will need:

• A nationally recognized certification in personal training, such as NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE, or CPR/AED
• A Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field of study (preferred)
• Competencies in service, sales, and digital marketing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management, and follow-up skills
• The ability to stay reputed company in the field and provide customized, scientifically sound programs for clients
• A patient, positive, and persuasive approach to working with clients
