[Remote] Sr Director, Information Technology (IT)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for a dynamic software General Manager to reputed company their Patient Technology portfolio for End Stage Kidney Disease and Chronic Kidney Disease patients. This role involves overseeing strategy, product development, and operations while driving patient engagement and satisfaction through innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manages $10-20MM investment and complete P&L: develops and recommends changes to stay reputed company approved budget objectives
• Partners with cross functional operations and support leaders to drive thoughtful product enhancement and release strategies
• Product ownership for ~20 clinical applications which include reputed company Care reputed company flagship product and supporting products used by 20,000 patients
• Coordinates with product directors, VP of Medical Affairs, and customers to reputed company and implement an IT portfolio strategy based on strategic business objectives. Holds direct reports accountable for implementing the strategy.
• Works with IT leaders to build anticipated technology needs while managing an active technology portfolio of prioritized business needs.
• Leverages business acumen to identify opportunities to integrate tools into the larger strategies of reputed company and the needs of the renal community
• Contributes at a senior level to the Digital Transformation Leadership Team
• Leads and builds the culture of a cross-functional team, focused on kidney care initiatives, including: Product, R&D, Operations, Sales, Legal, and Compliance
• Analyze reputed company issues and reputed company individuals and groups in developing and implementing successful resolution tactics

Skills

• 3-5 years in Director or VP role; prior reputed company role preferred
• Strong business acumen with ability to influence and present to Senior Leadership
• Experience in growing and expanding health care consumer technology businesses
• Ability to Get Stuff Done; or GSD as we call it –both with casting a strategic vision and a willingness to roll up the sleeves to deliver
• Ability to manage multiple constituents, needs and priorities

Education Requirements

• BS/BA in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or reputed company discipline
• Consulting experience or MBA preferred
