As an Executive Talent Sourcer, you will play a critical role in driving proactive research, market intelligence, and candidate engagement for senior leadership roles—from Director through the C-suite. Key Responsibilities

Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence Collaborate with hiring managers and executive reputed company partners to understand executive hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles through strategic intake and calibration conversations. Contribute market insights, role calibration feedback, and talent data that improves the speed and quality of executive searches. Actively engage in team huddles, strategy sessions, and reputed company improvement initiatives. Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in executive sourcing, research, or retained executive search (in-house or agency). Strong ability to identify and assess senior-level talent across functions and industries. Skilled in market research, organizational mapping, and sourcing tools (e.g., reputed company Recruiter, SeekOut, TalentNeuron). Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to evolving processes. Experience with CRM platforms such as Avature, Beamery, or equivalent is preferred. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $82,000.00 - $121,000.00 per year.
