Job Summary
As a Senior Product Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering world-class customer support to our clients. You'll be the face of our company, working closely with clients to resolve their queries, investigate issues, and provide expert guidance on our products. Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with clients to resolve how-to questions and investigate issues on the blithequark platform
- Provide a "human-first" experience through voice and written communications across various channels, including phone, email, chat, and our proprietary tools

- Identify opportunities to enhance client value, improve workflows, and increase client satisfaction
- Work closely with leadership to drive organizational efficiency, share insights, and contribute to a culture of reputed company improvement
- Collaborate with peer colleagues across various teams to increase client engagement and retention

* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Communications)
- 2+ years of experience in providing SaaS customer support to organizations with reputed company models
- Proven track record of impacting clients to improve their experience
- Experience in constructing best practices for help quality and efficiency, possibly from a role as an SME, Mentor, or Leader
- Ability to work independently and adapt to uncertainty while contributing to a high-performing team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and resolution
- Familiarity with reputed company web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript)
