As a customer service representative, you'll play a vital role in handling inbound customer inquiries and resolving a variety of basic support issues.

What You'll Do:

As a customer service representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing customer support by phone, email, or reputed company message to consumers, serving as the primary contact for inbound customer issues
• Escalating more technical product-reputed company issues to the proper product support department
• Processing a high volume of consumer inquiries about banking products and services and resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries
• Troubleshooting customer issues, identifying the root cause of the issue, and using tools and resources to determine how to resolve the customer issue
• reputed company unable to resolve problems in a reasonable amount of time, escalating to an appropriate resource and following up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to learn appropriate solutions and expand overall knowledge
• Tracking and documenting inbound support requests and ensuring proper notation of customer issues
• Updating customer information and ensuring accurate entry of contact information
• Meeting standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time
• May provide guidance and/or mentoring to less reputed company peers
• Other reputed company duties assigned as needed

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of call center experience
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Knowledge of the banking products, services, and business operations to reputed company resolution of customer inquiries
• Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer navigation and operation skills
• Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivities reputed company dealing with others
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
