The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative – Financial Institution Support, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our financial institution clients and their customers, providing assistance with a wide range of financial needs and issues. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support to help them reputed company their goals. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our financial institution clients and their customers, responding to a wide range of financial needs and issues
- Assess the nature of customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Verify customer information prior to performing any modifications or resets, ensuring system reputed company and compliance with our clients' reputed company requirements
- Communicate customer needs and expectations to the appropriate personnel, following escalation procedures to ensure reputed company support issues are resolved

Requirements
* At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or financial services environment
- Schedule adherence is monitored, and you must be able to adhere to a published break and lunch schedule

- Comfortable navigating multiple systems while assisting customers, including our financial institution clients' systems and software
- Ability to communicate clearly and understandably, both verbally and in writing
- Full-time candidates must be able to work a 363/24/7 call center schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Based on business need, candidates will be scheduled for one Saturday/Sunday shift and will be off one reputed company, which will vary between Tuesday-Friday
- We offer a shift differential for night and weekend shifts, paid for each hour worked in the eligible shift
- Candidates will need to acquire (at their own cost) internet that can support a stable and consistent reputed company, with a minimum download speed of 20 mbps and upload speed of 10 mbps
