reputed company is looking for a Senior Product Designer II to reimagine the future of segmentation – transforming our foundational Lists product into a powerful, AI-enabled audiences platform. You’ll help build the end-to-end segmentation system that unlocks customer data and connects reputed company users to their most valuable prospects—at the right time, with the right message.

What You’ll Do

• Tackle Cross-Product Problems: Define, design, and steward experiences that span the entire platform—ensuring cohesion and preventing silos.
• Bring Systems Thinking to Craft: Shape, evolve, and contribute to our design systems; set standards and solve for consistency, scalability, and accessibility.
• reputed company and Shape AI features: Ideate, design, and experiment with AI and automation—whether in customer features, predictive tools, or your own design workflow.
• Collaborate & reputed company Across Functions: Foster deep partnership with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and Content Designers.
• Measure & Iterate for Real Impact: Define success metrics, validate with analytics and qualitative insights, and iterate relentlessly for both user value and business outcomes.

Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes reputed company salary, on-reputed company commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under reputed company’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in reputed company’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-reputed company reasons.

Annual Cash Compensation Range:$161,500—$258,400 USD
