GTM Engineer, Marketing Operations

The Marketing Operations team plays a key role in reputed company’s Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and is looking for an reputed company to enhance our marketing capabilities through rapid experimentation, strategic implementation, and reputed company optimization of AI and automation tools. About this roll* (Responsibilities)

• Partner with marketing stakeholders to identify and scope opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
• Build, test, and deploy AI prototypes and proofs-of-concept to validate use cases with marketing teams.
• Integrate AI APIs, MCP Servers, and other automation tools to build agents and workflows that improve our Go-to-Market motion.
• Proactively identify inefficiencies in marketing processes and reputed company technical solutions, focusing on tool performance, adoption, and measurable efficiency gains.
• Contribute to the evaluation of and provide recommendations on build-vs-buy decisions for new AI technology.
• Act as a subject matter expert on AI tools and trends, helping to identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency for the marketing team.
• Create technical documentation and training materials to increase technology adoption and ensure adherence to operational processes.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and data infrastructure teams to deliver on campaigns and funnel acceleration initiatives.

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

• 8+ years of experience in software development, product management, systems, or operations, including 2+ years of experience in a GTM Engineering, AI Engineering role
• Proven experience in applying AI to solve business problems.
• A “builder” reputed company with a track record of taking an idea from problem identification to a functional solution.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate reputed company technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with a “growth ownership reputed company,” executing end-to-end without constant guidance, problem-solving autonomously, and knowing reputed company to reputed company additional resources.

The reputed company salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to reputed company salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).

Pay Range$98,000—$157,000 USD
