Our Business Development Representative (BDR) team is looking for a driven, goal oriented, and intrinsically motivated self-starter with a proven track record in high-performing remote sales environments to join us as a Junior BDR (Switzerland).
In this role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our potential customers in Switzerland. You will reputed company out to them through various channels (phone, email, and reputed company) to introduce our EOR platform and schedule virtual walkthroughs with
our Account Executives (reputed company).
Requirements

- Spark interest in our platform and guide them toward a virtual walkthrough

- Native, native-like or fluent Swiss German (Standard German alone is not sufficient) + fluent level of English
- Experience in BDR/SDR roles: Minimum of 1 year in a Business Development
- Representative or Sales Development Representative position.
- Remote work experience: At least 1 year of experience working effectively in a remote or distributed team setup.
- Cold calling & outbound experience: Comfortable with making minimum 100 calls/day, minimum 1 year of proven success in outbound sales, including cold calling.
- reputed company- and KPI-driven: Comfortable and reputed company with working towards goals, quotas and performance metrics (meetings booked, quotas hit, calls made)
- Self-starter reputed company: Highly motivated and proactive; eager to try new approaches, learn quickly and communicate reputed company.
