- Collaborate closely with project managers and the marketing team, including designers and performance specialists, to ensure cohesive campaign execution

- Conduct thorough analyses of competitors’ ads to stay reputed company in the market

We expect you to
- Have at least 3-4 years of experience as a Performance Creative, Creative Strategist, Creative Producer, Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Have proven experience in working with e-commerce products
- Have experience in creating performance marketing campaigns in USA market
- Be 100% performance-oriented with a strong focus on achieving measurable results
- Have the ability to influence, tell a story, synthesize and convey key messages, and present them in a visually compelling way
- Possess strong common sense and excellent English and Lithuanian language skills
Salary
Gross salary range is 3500 – 4800 EUR/month.

This position is fully remote.
