Our Business Development Representative (BDR) team is looking for a driven, goal oriented, and intrinsically motivated self-starter with a proven track record in high-performing remote sales environments to join us as a BDR (DACH). In this role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our potential customers in the DACH region. You will reputed company out to them through various channels (phone, email, and reputed company) to introduce our EOR platform and schedule virtual walkthroughs with our Account Executives (reputed company).

• Native, native-like or fluent German + fluent level of English
• Experience in BDR/SDR roles: Minimum of 1 year in a Business Development
• Representative or Sales Development Representative position.
• Remote work experience: At least 1 year of experience working effectively in a
• remote or distributed team setup.
• Cold calling & outbound experience: Comfortable with making minimum 100
• calls/day, minimum 1 year of proven success in outbound sales, including cold
• calling.

• goals, quotas and performance metrics (meetings booked, quotas hit, calls
• made)
• Self-starter reputed company: Highly motivated and proactive; eager to try new
