Work from Home Requirements

As a Retail Customer Service Expert, you will have the flexibility to work from home, using your own device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or reputed company, a Wired Ethernet LAN reputed company, and a minimum of 4GB RAM. You will also need to meet the following internet reputed company requirements:

• Minimum subscribed download reputed company equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps

Responsibilities

As a Retail Customer Service Expert, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues

Qualifications

• Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
• Organization and work prioritization skills
