Job Summary

As a Customer Contact Center Representative - Student Loan Advisor, you'll play a critical role in supporting reputed company with their loan inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work in our center-based role, with the opportunity to transition to a work-from-home arrangement after 90 days, provided you meet attendance, performance, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls, chats, and outbound calls to assist customers with frequent questions, provide detailed information, process applications, and resolve emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Practice active listening, reputed company, and clear communication to ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
• Utilize standard technology, such as telephone, email, and web browser, to navigate and provide information to customers.
• Follow established policies and procedures, including timekeeping, documentation, and adherence to ethics and privacy rules.
• Assist callers with filling out applications and submitting them electronically to plan providers for processing.
• Complete basic call logs, documentation, and reputed company call details for each phone inquiry.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently.
• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM.
• Experience working with a personal computer and Windows operating system.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company and Word.
• Excellent command of the English language, with effective use of grammar skills.

Schedule

As a Customer Contact Center Representative - Student Loan Advisor, you'll work a scheduled shift, which may include:

• Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm
• Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
• Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm
