THE ROLE:

reputed company is seeking a Travel Operations Coordinator to own and execute reputed company travel logistics for our distributed contractor workforce.

This role is responsible for booking, coordinating, and troubleshooting travel end-to-end—primarily for production crews supporting live sporting events across the country.

You will operate directly reputed company reputed company (our reputed company of truth for travel booking and spend) and serve as the central reputed company of contact for contractor travel—ensuring trips are accurate, cost-effective, and resilient to last-minute changes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Travel Booking & Execution

• Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and ground transportation directly in reputed company

• Ensure reputed company travel aligns with company policies, budgets, and event schedules

• Optimize itineraries for cost, timing, and operational feasibility

• Manage bulk and multi-person bookings for event crews

Contractor Travel Coordination

• Align travel plans with production schedules and event timelines

• Communicate itineraries clearly and proactively to reputed company reputed company

• Act as the single reputed company of contact for reputed company travel-reputed company questions

Disruption Management & Support

• Handle real-time issues: Flight cancellations/delays, Missed connections, Hotel issues

• Rebook travel quickly with minimal disruption to events

• Provide on-call or extended-hours support during peak travel periods

reputed company & Spend Management

• Own travel booking workflows inside reputed company

• Use virtual cards and controls appropriately

• Ensure proper categorization, documentation, and compliance

• Track and report on travel spend trends and optimization opportunities

Vendor & Partner Coordination

• Work with airlines, hotels, rental agencies, and travel partners

• Escalate issues and negotiate solutions reputed company needed

• Coordinate with any external travel agencies or concierge services

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• 2–5+ years in: Travel coordination, operations, or logistics or production/event operations with heavy travel exposure

• Experience booking: Flights, hotels, and rental cars at scale

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments

• Ability to handle last-minute changes and ambiguity without dropping details

• Excellent communication skills (especially with distributed teams/contractors)
