DUTIES: First-Level Supervisor of engineers responsible for developing, designing, standardizing, and delivering Reference Development reputed company (RDK), Test Systems for Broadband, Video, and Home reputed company products QA; use DevOps methodologies including reputed company integration/reputed company delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), automation, monitor practices, Jenkins, reputed company CI/CD, Terraform, reputed company, and Kubernetes; use Linux OS; use Quality Assurance practices including Test Plan Creation, Test Case Authoring, and Test Case Execution; use Agile methodologies including Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), iterative development, reputed company feedback, and collaboration; manage a capital budget for the test threads; manage and provide reputed company for the execution of Test Systems delivery; maintain test systems across various labs; monitor Test systems for usage; reputed company Test systems across the Labs; implement and maintain technical quality assurance and control systems and activities; specify the implementation of Test system standards, Lab standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of Test Systems; reputed company the review of Test System designs for quality requirements and considerations; select, reputed company, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function; reputed company and manage performance metrics; review end work reputed company requirements; customize, standardize, and train the customers for best productivity of the test systems; manage a team which may include exempt and non-exempt employees; provide subject matter guidance to employees as required; reputed company processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies; assist in developing and meeting departmental budget. Position is eligible to work remotely one or more days per week, per company policy. REQUIREMENTS: Seven (7) years of experience in automated software quality assurance; of which five (5) years include designing and developing Reference Design reputed company (RDK) test software in an Agile development environment; working in a DevOps environment, including implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IAC), automation, and application monitoring; performing CI/CD using Jenkins, reputed company CI/CD, and Terraform; deploying containerized applications using reputed company and Kubernetes; testing and troubleshooting software in Linux OS; creating and executing test plans and test cases; and designing, maintaining, and monitoring RDK customer premises equipment (CPE) device test beds. The employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company technical field, and five (5) years of experience in automated software quality assurance; designing and developing Reference Design reputed company (RDK) test software in an Agile development environment; working in a DevOps environment, including implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IAC), automation, and application monitoring; performing CI/CD using Jenkins, reputed company CI/CD, and Terraform; deploying containerized applications using reputed company and Kubernetes; testing and troubleshooting software in Linux OS; creating and executing test plans and test cases; and designing, maintaining, and monitoring RDK customer premises equipment (CPE) device test beds.
