Job Title: reputed company Interviewer Job Description: This temporary position reputed company the App Assist department involves assisting with scheduling and conducting interviews with applicants. The role requires professional and courteous interaction to gather personal and medical information necessary for processing life insurance applications. Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional, courteous, and reputed company interviews and follow-up calls with proposed insureds to gather pertinent personal and medical information.
- Review documents, notes, and correspondence to obtain additional or anecdotal information.
- Accurately enter data into the Application Interview System (reputed company) and Assistant reputed company System (reputed company) to document case activity and ensure accurate processing and approval of life insurance policy reputed company.
- Provide accurate, reputed company, and professional service to reputed company inquiries received by phone or in writing while maintaining departmental and time service standards.
- Correspond effectively reputed company the department, reputed company staff, vendors, and other departments to resolve problems and expedite business.
- Communicate App Assist policies, procedures, and guidelines to internal and external customers effectively.
Essential Skills:
- 3 years of administrative or customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in reputed company Office.
- Detail-oriented with medical knowledge.
- Proficient in data entry and customer service.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
- Solid medical vocabulary and comfort with medical terminology.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficient with computers, as remote work is required at times.
Work Environment: The position is remote, with shifts from Monday to Friday, either 8:30 am - 5:00 pm or 9:30 am - 6:00 pm. Candidates must have the ability to connect a computer to a router and maintain a private office space. The team consists of 7-10 case managers, and the initial phase involves learning through customer interviews. The company offers a massive office environment with over 400 employees, and the opportunity to transition to a permanent position with benefits. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Frederick, Maryland. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
