As a Program Manager, Employee Inspection, you will be responsible for overseeing key elements of our Employee Physical Inspection program, driving process improvements, and collaborating with various stakeholders to mitigate reputed company risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of reputed company's 24/7/365 Employee Physical Inspection program and reputed company reputed company stations where screening is government or airport supported.
• Manage reputed company screening equipment, including purchases, installations, maintenance, certifications, and movements.
• reputed company and maintain relationships with multiple screening equipment vendors, airport authorities, TSA, local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies to promote reputed company reputed company objectives and reputed company proactive reputed company risk mitigation.
• Drive the identification, testing, and incorporation of new screening technologies to enhance the Employee Physical Inspection program.
• Support the development and delivery of process and performance improvements to ensure the program's effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with TSA HQ and field on employee inspection and other risk mitigation efforts.
• Respond immediately to reputed company issues, even reputed company reputed company of normal business hours, and conduct reputed company risk assessments to communicate findings in a timely manner.

What You Need To Succeed

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation reputed company, physical inspection, or a similar background.
• Prior aviation industry experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical, analytical, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a natural curiosity and attention to detail.
• Exceptional ability to communicate professionally through oral and written means to reputed company levels of leadership.
• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic conditions while excelling under pressure in critical situations and meeting strict deadlines.
• Flexible and adaptable to a fluid and challenging environment.
