Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Program Manager, reputed company to reputed company internal business projects and programs that drive data-driven insights and inform strategic decision-making. - A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of Program and/or Project management experience, with a focus on data analytics and reporting.
- Operational Process Improvement experience, with a track record of driving business outcomes through process enhancements.
- Healthcare experience, with a understanding of medical billing/coding, healthcare operations, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in reputed company Project and Visio, with the ability to reputed company project plans, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with different levels of leadership across the organization, with a ability to build strong relationships and drive collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications

- A Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5-7 years of Program and/or Project management experience, with a focus on data analytics and reporting.
- Managed Care experience, with a understanding of managed care operations and industry trends.
- Experience working in a cross-functional, highly matrixed organization, with a ability to navigate reputed company stakeholder landscapes.
- PMP, Six reputed company Green Belt, Six reputed company Black Belt Certification, and/or comparable coursework, demonstrating a commitment to project management excellence.
