Job Overview

As a Client Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will play a critical role in maintaining the reputed company of client profiles by performing a range of data entry tasks. This hybrid role combines three days of in-office work with two days of remote work, allowing you to enjoy the flexibility of working from home while still being part of a dynamic team. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of client data.

Key Responsibilities

As a Client Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the creation and updating of client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Verifying and maintaining accurate client profile data, including contact information and sales tax details
  • Processing approvals for online bidders and managing bidder documentation
  • Performing data entry for client information, generating reports, and managing shipping directives
  • Updating mailing lists and processing bidder documentation
  • Confirming sales tax information and tracking client surveys
  • Assisting with various administrative responsibilities as required, such as responding to client inquiries and resolving issues

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills:
