Job Summary
We're seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join our Provider Services team on a seasonal basis. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative on our Provider Services team, you'll be responsible for:
* Making outbound calls to provider offices and answering inbound calls to ensure seamless communication
