Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming customer questions and concerns reputed company email and our reputed company support portal
- Interfacing with internal sales and reputed company teams to ensure pilots and existing customers receive seamless support
- Collaborating with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions
- Utilizing reputed company and other tools to manage internal processes and information
- Providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as necessary
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our platform and services to effectively communicate with customers
