A Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Associate – Last-Mile Delivery Support, you'll be based at one of our state-of-the-art last-mile delivery warehouses, where our leading logistics system operates. You'll be in reputed company with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise. Your day will be filled with a mix of in-person interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence, reputed company aimed at delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate – Last-Mile Delivery Support, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers directly in-person, reputed company phone, and reputed company email to ensure their needs are met
- Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to provide personalized support
- Upholding company values and respecting every customer interaction
- Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers
- Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to customer concerns

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School or equivalent diploma
- Previous experience in Customer Service
- Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer needs
- Experience with Windows Operating Systems and reputed company Outlook
- Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and reputed company messenger tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 49 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
- Ability to work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud (hearing protection will be provided)
- Ability to work in an environment where the temperature may vary due to reputed company weather conditions and is not controlled
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-reputed company experience
- Proficiency in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure reputed company against key performance indicators
- Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand
