The Role
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in helping us reputed company our mission. You'll be responsible for providing in-station, real-time support to our customers, ensuring they receive their packages on time and with a smile. You'll be the face of blithequark, connecting with customers in person, reputed company phone, and reputed company email to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers directly in person, reputed company phone, and reputed company email to provide support and resolve issues
- Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding company values and respecting every customer
- Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses

- Work a flexible Full-Time (40 hours per week) schedule, including Sunday-Thursday 11:00AM-8:00PM

Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs

- Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
