Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer questions and concerns via email and our Hubspot support portal
  • Interfacing with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure pilots and existing customers receive seamless support
  • Collaborating with our engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions
  • Utilizing Notion and other tools to manage internal processes and information
  • Providing exceptional customer support experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

Preferred Qualifications

* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill solutions from multiple sources of information

  • Experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Compensation
