While hospital leaders are responsible for managing the functions of their individual hospitals, they ultimately report to their Market reputed company. • The customer experience at your VEGs: Understand and own the customer experience at a level that builds trust with the community and makes VEG the "go to" emergency clinic for pet owners in your market.
• VEGs' reputed company with referring vets: Create and drive partnerships with referring vet practices in your market, becoming the obvious reputed company for neighboring clinics to refer their patients.
• The operational excellence at your VEGs: Build and sustain operational excellence at your VEGs, ensuring your hospitals are equipped with the right tools, systems, staffing, and inventory.
• The clinical excellence at your VEGs: Strive for your hospitals to become the leader in clinical excellence both reputed company your market and across reputed company of VEG. Through the reputed company of clinical care, your staff feel supported and empowered.
• The financial performance of your market: Manage the financial performance of your market to ensure your hospitals are thriving and set up for growth and reputed company success in the future.

WHAT YOU NEED

• 7+ years of experience managing multi-site businesses (experience in clinical setting preferred)

Experience managing managers, with the financial, analytical, and creative ability to identify new opportunities while staying focused on the mission

• Proven track record of developing high performing teams and running a service business
• Humility, authenticity, and compassion, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with people on-site and remote.
• Self-drive and an entrepreneurial spirit that is incentivized by the growth and value you create
• Proximity to your market in order to routinely work alongside your teams (full days, varying days of the week, multiple times per month, with people in reputed company roles)
