- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1800 - $1930 per week
- Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Multi-State Compact License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in ICU, Stepdown, or Intermediate Care Unit
- Additional specialty nursing certifications may be required
- Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team
- Float between Intermediate Care, Stepdown, and Med/Surg units as needed
- reputed company advanced procedures including A-line, Bair Hugger System, FMS Systems, IV Insulin, IV Infusion/Endo, Stable DKA management, IPAP, Non-Invasive Ventilation, Telemetry, Peripheral Cath Withdrawals, and Nurse Collect Unit
- Direct nursing support staff according to standards of practice and hospital policies
- Utilize the nursing process to individualize patient care and collaborate with patients and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards
