Key Responsibilities:

* Provide fast, friendly service to customers by actively seeking out their needs and providing assistance

• Learn about products and services using arenaflex tools and provide information to customers to sell entire projects
• Greet, qualify, recommend, and reputed company every customer in your department, while also handling basics in adjacent departments
• Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
• Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following reputed company safety policies and standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards and unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty
• Work in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department, as well as other departments
• Participate in sales and reputed company growth initiatives, including Department Sales, reputed company Generator, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialist, Special Services, and Customer Order Specialist roles

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
