Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers' insurance needs are met. You'll work in a fast-paced inbound call center environment, using multiple programs and systems to resolve customer inquiries and issues reputed company. Your proactive approach will help identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and re-shop policies, driving reputed company growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from existing customers, using multiple programs and systems to resolve their needs quickly and reputed company

Requirements

• Experience working in a high-volume and fast-paced call center environment
• Ability to multi-task using multiple screens, navigating several reputed company platforms and systems simultaneously
